Matt Richardson President &
CEO:
Matt Richardson is the CEO and Founder
of SupporTrak. As President of SDCR Business Systems
since 1986, and having entered the business 15 years prior
to that, Matt is considered a true industry expert. He holds
a BA in Marketing from San Diego State University and is involved
in a number of business organizations including The Executive
Committee (TEC), an organization for CEOs, Management Action
Programs (MAP), Toshiba board of business strategy U.S. 1988-1990,
and President of the Booster Club at UC Long Beach.
Pelle Atterholm
Director of Marketing:
Pelle joined SDCR & SupporTrak in early 2001 when he decided
to leave the world of dot.coms to its inevitable tragic fate.
As a Marcom Specialist and Project Manager for two different
start-ups, Pelle faced frequent challenges in the fields of
technical marketing and innovative promotions. His primary
responsibilities at SupporTrak consist of support for continued
sales profitability and market brand awareness. He holds undergraduate
degrees in Communications & Journalism, and a Masters of Science
in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University in Honolulu,
where he met his lovely wife of four years, Nikole.
Frank Silva - Manager, Professional
Services:
Frank has worked in a number of capacities at SDCR & SupporTrak
including as a member of the Service Department and later
as an Account Manager. Recently Frank assumed the role of
Call Center Manager and has taken on the responsibility for
improving the service levels for the company. Frank has also
gained invaluable experience as a Project Manager and then
as a Call Center Manager prior to assuming his role as Call
Center Manager for SupporTrak. In his new role, Frank has
been responsible for implementing a call tracking system,
WennSoft, and developing new service level standards. Frank
brings over 13 years of Point-of-Sale support and implementation
experience and holds an A.A.S. degree in Electronics Engineering
Technology from ITT Technical Institute.
Richard A. Hunter Depot Repair
Center Manager
Dick supervises the daily operations
of the Depot Repair Center and its staff. He works closely
with customers, vendors, and staff to produce and deliver
the highest possible quality support product. Dick started
in the electrical construction trade, moved to the Cash Register/POS
field with NCR as a field technician, and the joined the founding
father of SDCR Business Systems in 1970. Dick has worked continually
with both on-site and corporate management groups to support
the various types of software and hardware systems supported
by SupporTrak & SDCR.
