Depot Repair Service
Depot hardware repair is an integral part
of the SupporTrak™ process of meeting our clients' POS service
and support needs. To optimize hardware turn-around time,
SupporTrak™ recommends that a hot spare program be implemented
whenever Depot Service is chosen as the primary vehicle for
hardware support.
SupporTrak™, through SDCR Business Systems, stocks a complete
inventory of spare parts in our state-of-the-art repair facility
to allow quick repairs to be completed. We repair and refurbish
a variety of POS manufacturers' hardware and peripheral equipment
including: touchscreen and non-touchscreen POS terminals,
file servers, monitors, printers, scanners, magstripe readers
and complete computer systems.
